Carlo, a little nit-pick, but Magi was serialized in Weekly Shonen Sunday, not Weekly Shonen Jump.

I enjoyed the review and was pretty spot on. I did enjoy this volume and I agree I was a little stunted at first when Aladdin wasn't with Alibaba or even in the kingdom but I was played out very well and I'm loving the direction it's heading in; giving Alibaba more of a character as he tries to track down Aladdin.
