Singer wrote lyrics for opening theme song to Last Exile -Fam, The Silver Wing-
Victor Entertainment's Flying Dog label began streaming the full music video for Maaya Sakamoto's "Buddy" song on Monday. The song serves as the opening theme song for the new Last Exile television anime series, Last Exile -Fam, The Silver Wing-. Sakamoto wrote the lyrics herself, while School Food Punishment and arranger Ryō Eguchi composed the song.
Gonzo's followup to its 2003 Last Exile science-fiction anime premiered this past week. Funimation announced that it licensed the anime for North America, and Niconico will be streaming the anime as it airs in Japan.
