Spike Balls While Sporting Haikyu!! Sneakers

If the new sports anime Haikyu!! has made you eager to hit the courts and play some volleyball, you can now do it in appropriate Haikyu!! style with the same sneakers the Karasuno High School volleyball team wears. 2PMWorks, a Japanese fashion label that specializes in anime-inspired clothing and designs, is launching sneakers that closely mimic those in the show.
Beyond the Haikyu!! uniform's signature black and orange combination, the sneakers incorporate a number of other features that hark back to the show. Fold the tops down, and you'll see a stripe just like the ones on Karasuno's uniforms' collars.
The school's logo appears on the side of the shoe.
And on the soles? The Haikyu!! logo.
2PMWorks claims that the shoes are suitable for both everyday wear and athletic use and notes that the long nose and slender silhouette resemble Converse Jack Purcell.
The reservation period lasts until June 23. Sizes range from 22 to 29 centimeters (or 8.7 to 11.4 inches). They cost ¥8,800 ($86).
