Eat-Man's Yoshitomi to End Sakura Device Manga Next Month

The October issue of Shonengahosha's Young Comic magazine is announcing on Wednesday that Akihito Yoshitomi (Eat-Man) will end his Sakura Device comedy manga in the following issue on October 10.
Sakura Device is a harem-style comedy that revolves around a 14-year-old boy's daily life with his older sister and his childhood friend's sisters. The boy is trying to think about his future and become an upstanding adult, but the girls around him may or may not know this, and are always getting in his way.
Yoshitomi launched the manga in Young Comic Cherry magazine last year. He is now serializing his new Eat-Man The Main Dish in Kodansha's Monthly Shōnen Sirius magazine.
Yoshitomi drew his Eat-Man manga from 1996 to 2002, and the manga received an anime adaptation in 1997. A second anime series aired in Japan one year later. Viz Media published the manga in North America, while Bandai Entertainment licensed the anime. ADV Manga published Yoshitomi's Ray manga, while Section23 Films released the Ray television anime and the Blue Drop anime inspired by Yoshitomi's manga of the same name.
