Universal Pictures starts replacement programme for customers who received wrong outer box
UK Anime Network reports that Universal Pictures has started a replacement programme for any customers who received the first volume of Seraph of the End with the wrong outer box. (These boxes have the wording, "Seraph of the End Vol. 1 Vampire Reign," and were meant for the German release of the title).
The Universal Pictures statement is as follows:
Customers can email us for a replacement box. They need to email [email protected]Please put Seraph in the subject header and send a photo, scan or screen grab of proof of purchase together with a photo of the box spine if they can and we will sort a replacement.
UK Anime Network also reports that this issue only affects some pre-ordered copies, not retail copies.
