Shin Megami Tensei DSJ Another Report Manga Launches in January

The first 2018 issue of Akita Shoten's Young Champion Retsu magazine revealed on Tuesday that Yasuo Kanō is launching a new manga titled Shin Megami Tensei DSJ Another Report in the magazine's next issue on January 16. The manga will have a color opening page, and the first chapter will have 45 pages.
The manga is based on Atlus' Shin Megami Tensei: Deep Strange Journey Nintendo 3DS game, and will tell an untold story in the game's world.
In the game's story, a dimensional portal opens in Antarctica, consuming anything it touches and expanding to potentially threaten the Earth. The United Nations sends a task force to investigate the nature of the phenomenon. The player creates and names a character and explores dungeons within the portal. The game had three possible endings.
Atlus released a remake of the game in Japan on October 26, and Atlus USA will release the game in North America in early 2018. The original game shipped for the Nintendo DS in Japan in 2009, and in North America in 2010.
