The story follows modern high school girl Aku Hayakawa, who loves money and herself. One night someone stabs her, and she wakes up in the year 1983. In order to return to 2017, she must strike up a romance with a delinquent named Kojirō Chōgoku.
Aida launched her Switch Girl!! manga in Margaret in 2006, and ended it in 2013. The series has inspired two live-action television drama adaptations in 2011 and 2012. Shueisha published 25 volumes for the manga.
