Bandai Namco Entertainment announced the Tales of Crestoria smartphone game on Tuesday. The company began streaming two concept teaser videos for the game.
The theme of the game is "sin," and the main character burdened with sin lives in order to protect someone precious to him. Yasutaka Nakata and Kamikaze Douga were in charge of the main character visuals and teaser videos for the game. Tomomi Tagawa is serving as producer.
The game will be free to play, but some items will be available for purchase. Pre-registration is available now, and all players will receive in-game bonuses depending on the number of pre-registrations.
The game will have a stage event at Tokyo Game Show on September 22. This week's issue of Gzbrain Inc.'s Weekly Famitsu magazine will also publish more information about the game comments from the staff.
