Seven Seas Licenses Lout of Count's Family Korean Novel Series

(March 27, 2024) – Seven Seas Entertainment is excited to announce the license acquisition of the novel series Lout of Count's Family by Yu Ryeo-Han, the wildly popular Korean novels that inspired the hit webtoon! A man who wants nothing more than to kick back and relax must use his wit and wiles to survive the fantasy novel he's fallen into.

All Kim Roksu wants is a peaceful life. Unfortunately for him, he nods off while reading an action-packed novel—only to wake up inside it! Worse yet, he's in the body of Cale Henituse, a count's handsome slacker son destined to take a serious beating from the novel's hero. Leeching off the count's wine and wealth is fine and all, but there's no way he's going to be the hero's punching bag…or worse! In this world of dragons, magic, and deception, can Kim Roksu change the novel's plot to get off scot-free and enjoy the finer things in life?

Lout of Count's Family (Novel) Vol. 1 will be released for the first time in the English language in September 2024 for $19.99 USA / $25.99 CAN, with the series available in large-trim editions with new covers. Ebook editions will also be available on digital platforms.
